TankVision Non-Linear Calibration

September 15th, 2014

The Tankvision tank volume display requires calibration after installation in order to provide an accurate reading of tank volume. There are two methods that can be used to calibrate the device – linear and non-linear. Linear is a quick and simple calibration that can be used on square or rectangular tanks only. This video describes how to perform the non-Linear calibration. This method has more steps, but it is more accurate and can be used for any shape of tank, and is the only method that will work for irregularly shaped tanks (e.g.: T-shape, oval, elliptical, tank with through hole, etc.)
